We always will provide you with an upfront estimate before we start any job. On larger jobs, we will have someone come in advance to provide you with an estimate free of charge. Whether we come in advance or with the truck ready to work, you always have the choice to reschedule or choose another junk removal service. 

Some of the factors we use in calculating your estimate are shown below: 

Large items that don't weigh much but take up a lot of space (for instance mattresses, couches) Disposal facilities have a minimum gate rate. If the truck is filled up with bulky items, chances are that the minimum will not be met and we will have to pay the 1 ton minimum price. 

Disposal facilities charge us by weight, usually $200/ ton. If your project has heavy items, we will factor the weight of those items  into our pricing. 

The amount of labor that will be needed to load your items into the truck. The closer your items are to the truck, the less labor will be necessary. 

It takes time and fuel to arrive at the location of your project. Because of this we must set a minimum for every job we take. Our minimum rate is $140. Typically, if your junk will fit into the back of a standard size pickup truck, the charge will be $140.

Older televisions contain a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT). CRT's contain lead in the glass screens and is considered hazardous waste. These televisions must be taken to a facility which specializes in  taking them apart and disposing of them properly. For this reason, televisions must be priced separately.

Gas grill propane tanks must be taken to a facility which specializes in either recycling or disposing of them and must be priced separately.

Mattresses must be recycled and sent to a proper recycling facility.  

• Mattress materials are often not biodegradable, so they spend decades and even centuries taking up space.
• Their large, heavy-duty frames can damage expensive equipment.
• Chemicals in some materials can leach out into the surrounding soil and groundwater

$425 is for a standard 8x8 wooden shed that we can get our truck to within 50 feet of. Price does not include non-wooden base, extra shingle layers, add-ons, contents or other non-wooden materials. Extra charges may apply for those items. 

 Price range is for a 2-6 person Hot Tub, Jacuzzi or Spa Demolition & Removal that we can get our truck to within 50 feet of. Water must be drained and electricity disconnected  Price range does not include base, decking or add-ons. Extra charges may apply for those items.
